I wanted to scale up my company and move from a small service- based to a scaleable product-based organisation. To attract the right kind of people to the company, I felt that I needed a better sense of courage, when to challenge and stand my ground and when to let things be.

Simon allowed me to go through a personal history scoping out my background and examining the experiences that were empowering and those that were causing me to doubt my ability to deliver and to operate at a new level of business.

Together we found a place of fear that existed around my sense of personal validity driven by my years as a young man in a violent part of London . By asking me to describe my personal experience of the beliefs about violence and vulnerability I was able to create a metaphor, a story that allows me to make calm decisions quickly and confidently. As an aside it has helped me on two occasions when I have been physically threatened and to give my children confidence.

Simon is patient, professional, intuitive with a great deal of insight into how to use coaching technology at the appropriate level for his client, sometimes pushing gently but firmly and other times leaving me to work though a thought process in peace. I highly recommend his coaching services.
