I have been a practising Coach and Trainer for more than 17 years. This includes 7 years of sales management and working with clients such as GE, Kimberley-Clark and Tesco.
I have a wealth and diversity of experience in the field of business and personal development. My experience ranges from coaching business and private clients to design and delivery of coaching and training interventions. I have coached senior managers, project managers and business leaders in industries such as telecommunications, legal, banking, pharmaceutical and transport. I have also worked with Sales Managers and their Sales Teams, Call Centre staff and business owner/managers running small to medium-sized businesses.
Coaching at all levels of business, I create the opportunity for the Client to discover their own answers and solutions to their issues. I also provide the objectivity that is essential to the success of the coaching process. I am driven by the desire to raise self-belief and self-esteem and help business people become the champions of change both within themselves and within their organisations. In order to help the Client, I challenge their thinking and their language and in doing so, help them empower themselves to realise and maximise their potential.
